We do not use your data for advertising profiling, AI model training, or sale to third parties.

We share your data only in the following circumstances:

• With companies you're unlocked by: Only after a ₹49 payment, the company receives your contact details (email, phone, LinkedIn, GitHub, resume). You are notified of every unlock.
• With payment processors: Razorpay processes payment data. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
• With email services: Postmark sends transactional emails on our behalf.
• With legal authorities: If required by law, court order, or government authority in India.

All payment transactions are handled by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. GoGrads does not store your card number, CVV, or bank details on our servers.

We retain transaction records (amount, timestamp, profile unlocked) for accounting and audit purposes as required by Indian tax law (GST records for minimum 6 years).

GoGrads uses minimal, essential cookies only:

• Session cookies: To keep you logged in during your visit
• Security cookies: CSRF protection tokens to prevent unauthorized form submissions
• Preference cookies: To remember your search filters and settings

We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or social media tracking tools. You may disable cookies in your browser, but this may affect platform functionality.

• Active accounts: Data is retained for as long as your account is active
• Deleted accounts: Profile data is removed within 30 days of deletion request
• Transaction records: Retained for 6 years as per Indian accounting law
• Usage logs: Anonymized after 90 days
• Resume files: Deleted within 30 days of account deletion

GoGrads is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18. If you believe a minor has registered on our platform, please contact us immediately and we will remove their account.

• All data is transmitted over HTTPS with SSL/TLS encryption
• Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms — never stored in plain text
• Contact details are only revealed after confirmed payment — not exposed in public listings
• Regular security audits are conducted on our infrastructure
• Access to the database is restricted to authorized GoGrads personnel only

While we take every reasonable precaution, no system is 100% secure. Please report any security vulnerabilities to siddharth@gograds.com immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the change takes effect.

Continued use of GoGrads after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
