These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GoGrads platform, operated by GoGrads, India.
By registering an account, browsing profiles, unlocking contact details, or otherwise using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Fresher accounts may only be created by individuals aged 18 or above who are actively seeking employment
- Company accounts require a valid business email and will be subject to verification
- Each individual or entity may maintain only one account per category
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
- Payments are non-refundable once a profile has been unlocked and contact details accessed
- Wallet balances are maintained in Indian Rupees (₹)
- Wallet withdrawals are subject to GoGrads' payout schedule and minimum threshold
- GST applies as per applicable Indian tax regulations
By submitting content (profile information, resumes, photos, skills, bio) to GoGrads, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the platform.
- You represent that all information you provide is accurate and truthful
- Uploading false qualifications, fake experience, or misleading information is strictly prohibited
- Resumes and contact details shared after an unlock may not be redistributed without the candidate's consent
- GoGrads may remove any content that violates these Terms without notice
You agree not to:
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically download profile data
- Use unlocked contact details for purposes other than legitimate hiring
- Create fake profiles, reviews, or company accounts
- Attempt to bypass payment requirements to access contact information
- Use the platform for spam, harassment, or unsolicited communications
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the platform's source code
- Share your account credentials with third parties
⚠️ Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and legal action under applicable Indian law.
GoGrads is a platform that connects freshers and companies. We do not:
- Guarantee employment or successful hiring outcomes
- Verify the accuracy of every piece of candidate information beyond reasonable checks
- Take responsibility for the conduct of users after a profile unlock
- Accept liability for loss of earnings, business opportunities, or data breaches caused by third parties
Our maximum aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount paid by that user to GoGrads in the three months preceding the claim.
All platform design, code, branding, logos, and non-user content are the exclusive property of GoGrads. The "GoGrads" name, logo, and brand identity may not be used without prior written permission.
Candidate-owned content (resumes, portfolios, photos) remains the property of the respective candidates.
GoGrads may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time through the platform settings.
Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Wallet balances will be reviewed for payout on a case-by-case basis.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
GoGrads complies with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and all applicable Indian data protection and consumer protection regulations.
